Hey there!

Despite you guys being rather full on tanks at the moment, I decided to give this apply a shot anyway. First off, I apologize if this application turns out to be a huge wall of text. There's a lot of information you guys might want, and I'm not one to do things half-heartedly.
I'll start off with a little bit about myself. I'm a 23 year old guy from the Netherlands, currently unemployed and working day-jobs whenever they become available to me. I don't live in my mother's basement, so I don't have any obligations during raid times (i.e. dinner etc.). This means I generally don't need afk breaks during raids, show up in time and have the time to show up prepared.
I'm a quite talkative person, who likes to joke around (People who have been in Subtraction with me will tell you I have bad jokes, and they're generally right.) at the appropriate times. I realise when it's time to be quiet and pay attention, and it is those times where my full attention will be focused on the job at hand. I take raiding seriously, I always try to increase my performance in any way I can. I consider (self-)criticism as one of the major tools in becoming a better player and as such expect to be told when things should, or could, be done in a different manner. I'm perfectly capable of following directions, wether they change a million times during the fight or not. I'm a quick learner and have an easy time adepting to new situations. Having been a tanking role leader for almost my entire WotLK raiding career, I have extended knowledge of not only my own, but other tanking classes aswell.
I'm an experienced, confident tank capable of handling any task that has been presented to me so far. I've done so with a bad computer (giving me ~2-5 FPS in ToGC25) which has been replaced, and am confident I can perform on a higher level now.
As fury, I'm not very experienced and I don't enjoy playing it very much; However, I don't mind playing it when the guild needs it, as long as my main spec will still be protection. Due to my low experience as a DPS warrior, I sometimes tend to tunnelvision my DPS and lose track of what's going on in the fight itself. Being aware of this makes me able to improve on it, though.
Now, on to the application itself. Please note, if there's anything you feel I have left out, or any more you wish to know, please let me know.

The Character
General Information
Name: Arizia
Spec: Protection
Offspec: Fury
Armory link

Gear
Protection gear
Fury gear
I have access to multiple different tanking items, and change them around according to the fight. I also have a full block/avoidance set tailored to tanking the adds on the Anub'Arak encounter. For more information, please inquire.
As for fury, I don't have access to much other gear, as I've never played it as mainspec I've always had to do with leftovers other people had no use for. I'm aware there's relatively easy upgrades available, and am willing to get those if I end up playing fury decently often.

Spec - Protection
Prot spec
This is my current spec/glyph combination. Not much to add there. Come patch 3.3.3, I will respec into improved revenge at the cost of shield specialisation. Apart from this, it is quite a cookie-cutter build, I've been using it to great effect for a long time now. If necessary, I can respec 5/15/51 aswell for improved demoralizing shout.

Spec - Fury
Fury spec
Standard fury spec, not much to say about it. I'm not the most experienced fury warrior out there, but I can hold my own decently well and put out dps when required. To be fully competitive I would need to play it more, however I don't generally enjoy playing DPS. I'm willing to respec in any way you see fit.

Rotation - Protection
While protection warriors don't have a fixed rotation, we do have a priority queue on which to use our abilities to maintain maximum TPS and/or DPS. This queue, for me, is the following: Shockwave > Shield Slam > Devastate.
In 3.3.3, this queue will change slightly: Shockwave > Shield Slam > Revenge > Devastate.
I use revenge when low on rage, which in raids barely ever happens. Ofcourse, Heroic Strike is used whenever rage permits. When tanking more than 1 mob, Cleave is used instead of Heroic Strike. As usual, Demoralizing Shout and Thunderclap are being kept up whenever necessary. I have power auras set up to show when the debuffs are already applied.

Rotation - Fury
As a fury warrior, while there is a fixed rotation, I'm not experienced enough to always stick to it (though this has been improving lately). The rotation I try to follow is as follows:
CDS > Whirlwind > Bloodthirst > Free GCD > Wait 1 second > Bloodthirst > Free GCD> Whirlwind
On the free global cooldowns, Slam is used if Bloodsurge procced. Without a bloodsurge proc, I will wait for BT/WW to come off cooldown. I sometimes forego the 1 second wait and use Slam instead if it procced, lowering my DPS slightly. I am aware of this and am working to improve on it.

My Interface
Interface Screenshot
I use powerauras for abilities that are available for me to press. It also shows when the shout I've last used is to be reapplied, and the timers on attack speed slow/attack power reduction debuffs. Apart from that it's a pretty standard interface, mostly focusing on having the middle of my screen clear. Big DBM bars allow me to focus on my job without getting distracted by having to find which one I need to track, while raid cooldowns are set up mostly to show the state of cooldowns available to the tanks in oh shit situations.

Raid Experience
Vanilla + Burning Crusade
I haven't raided at all in Vanilla, as I started playing wow at the release of the burning crusade. In the burning crusade I played a resto shaman as my main, but didn't do any high-end content since I was pretty casual. I killed a few bosses in Mount Hyjal with Fierce, and cleared T4 content several times and 5/6 in Zul'Aman, but that's basically it.

Tier 7 (Naxxramas, Obsidian Sanctum, Eye of Eternity)
I raided casually at the start of Wrath of the Lich King too, in a guild led by me and Azeria called <Less QQ more pewpew>. We mostly played for fun, cleared all this content, but didn't push for achievements at the time. We did kill Sartharion+2 drakes in 10man, and had a lot of unsuccessful tries on the 3-drake version of the encounter.

Tier 8 (Ulduar)
In the start of Ulduar I raided with Silent Vision. Our progress wasn't very stellar, and several issues within the guild caused me to leave. A while later, Azeria founded Subtraction due to peer pressure of old guildies. With Subtraction we achieved 14/14 aswell as Glory of the Ulduar Raider (both 10 and 25 man). Sadly, we never tried Alone in the Darkness.

Tier 9 (Trial of the Grand Crusader)
The start of ToGC was pretty tough for Subtraction. We had a lot of issues with activity and as such could never push to progress. At one point, I was the only tank in the guild and 25man raiding as cut completely because of this. We did in that period achieve A tribute to Insanity (10 player). When people became a bit more active, we cleared 3/5 in 25man in one reset, killing the Twin'Valkyr only a few resets after. Another period of issues with members showing up caused us to never really be able to push for an Anub'Arak kill.

Tier 10 (Icecrown Citadel)
The first reset in ICC, we killed 4/4 of the bosses in both 10 and 25 man. After this, I went on a long holiday (which lasted almost 1.5 month). When I came back, I did one 10 man run in Subtraction, killing 7/7 and getting the achievements on all but Putricide and Lady Deathwhisper. After this, however, I ended up leaving Subtraction due to personal reasons and have been guildless ever since. In pugs, I've managed to kill Rotface and Festergut and do a few unsuccessful tries on the Blood Princes. 'Pugging' with some old Subtraction guildmates has been more fruitful, with a 1.5 night raid killing 11/12 bosses of which 5 in hardmode.
While in general my experience in ICC is rather low, I'm confident I'm able to handle tanking these encounters. I've researched the fights and will continue to do so for their hardmode versions. It should not, in any way, be a problem to learn these fights in one night.

TL;DR
T7: Cleared (no hardmodes)
T8: Cleared (with the exception of Yogg-Saron+0)
T9: 4/5 ToGC25, Tribute to Insanity (10)
T10: 6/12 (25), 11/12 (10), 5/12 (10 heroic)

Guild History
Fierce - I've been in fierce for a while in TBC on my shaman. I wasn't there very long and I was pretty casual compared to them, so there's not much to say about my time there, if anyone remembers me at all.
Less QQ more pewpew - A casual raiding guild with hardcore standards me and Azeria made. We ended up disbanding because people wanted to try more hardcore raiding and many of us joined Silent Vision.
Silent Vision - They're a decent guild, however I didn't like the way the guild was run and I had big trouble being in the same guild with a few of the officers. It just didn't work out for me.
Subtraction - I was a tanking role leader in Subtraction. This guild had great players, and was a lot of fun to play in, however the last months were a burden, and differences with the other officers made me (and Azeria, the Guild Master) decide to leave the guild. This didn't go to cleanly, however I hope we can leave all the unpleasantries behind us and move on.

Hardware
The goodies! I recently bought a new computer, the specs are as follows:
Intel Pentium Dualcore E6300 (2.8 GHz)
ATi Radeon HD4650 1024Mb
4GB DDR2-800MHz RAM memory

On these specs with my current UI I pull about 150 FPS in a heroic dungeon, between 45-80 FPS in raids depending on the fight. My connection is a stable cable connection, about 6Mbit (I'm not sure of the specifics.) with 1 Mbit upstream.
On a side note, I do not have speakers on my computer, so I won't be able to echo on ventrilo.

Extra Information
I can not provide you with any WWS/WoL reports at the moment, as my last raid has been too long ago and reports have been automatically removed. If required, I can make a log of the next best pug I join; Please let me know.

I'm intending to raid together with Azeria ONLY. Me and Azeria live together, and aren't interested to play without one another. This is why, if either of us gets declined, neither of us will join the guild; We're a package deal, no matter what. Her apply will come tomorrow.

If there's anything else you need to know, please contact me in-game or through this application. Thanks for reading and have a nice day :)

@mulawaki: Yeah, it seems I forgot to mention it, however I do think it's pretty damn obvious to use heroic strike/cleave as rage dumps whenever possible :) I have heroic strike and cleave bound to mwheelup and mwheeldown respectively, so whenever I see my rage coming over 40 i just hit whichever I need.

@Others: Thanks : )

My first question has to be, say you and your friend both get in the guild, but you dont both reliably get into the same raids, what effect is that going to have? Will it result in you wanting to find another guild due to it?

Since your question can be interpreted in multiple ways, I'll clarify a bit more extensively.

Ofcourse, we do want to raid together. However, if for some raids there are no spots for either of us, it won't effect us that much, as long as that doesn't happen most of the time. When it comes to 10mans, it's mostly about finding a setup that works, so ofcourse it's not always possible to be in the same 10man raid.

Since we live together, and share our lives, we just don't fancy being in different guilds for the reason that if we both raid seperately there's just not much time to do something together, as raiding takes a lot of time. It's a thing we like to spend our time on, aslong as it is time well spent, meaning spent together. If that means only one of us raids at the same time, it won't be a big issue most of the time.

So in short, unless you bench one of us more than half of the raids and we never actually get to raid together, there won't be an issue. In 10man raids we do prefer to play together, as we've always done, but if that's not possible, so be it. We know how it is to run a guild, and we know how difficult it is to please everyone, so we're quite flexible in that way.

I hope that answered your question :)

Just a little update, I recently got myself three new items, being:
- Ashen band of Endless Courage
- Cataclysmic Chestguard
- Corroded Skeleton Key

These allows me to tailor my gear a bit more for different situations :) I'm a fan of armor, so might get the Pillars of Might some time this week, aswell.
